Solano's Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, please feel free to return the item with the following conditions in mind:
- In all circumstances, you must notify us of your intent to return and item in advance.
- Merchandise returned without approval may be subject to a $10 restocking fee, or a refund may be denied outright.
- All returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Each item being returned, exchanged or refunded must be in its original condition with all original tags and labels intact.
- An in-store credit may be required in place of a refund under certain circumstances - call for details.
- Cost of shipping is non-refundable (both original and return shipping).
- All exchanges require payment for return shipping of new item.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, you must notify us prior to returning the damaged item.
- In such instances, return shipping must be completed through the original shipping service. For example: a package that was shipped via UPS must also be returned via UPS if damaged during shipment.
